25.09.16 - My exercise routine

1. What kind of exercise do you like the most? Why?
- I like weight training the most because I can see the results of my hard work. While cardio is great for heart health and I know I need it, I think men should have some muscle. Plus cardio like running takes a lot of time and can be boring. Keeping my workout sessions short helps me stay consistent.

2. How often do you work out?
- I used to hit the gym six times a week, working out every day except Sunday. But nowadays, I don't work out at all. I ㅕused to train hard, but I had to stop going to the gym because of some skin treatments like mole removal and pore-tightening laser. You know, they involved some downtime. Anyway, I trained really hard, but once I stopped, it really made me super lazy and inconsistent. I'll get back to it soon, though.

3. Do you like working out alone or with others? Why?
- I prefer to work out alone. I'm the kind of person who gets shy and a little embarrassed when someone is watching me. When I'm alone, I can fully focus on my workout. And I also don't wanna get my routine disturbed by others trying to fit in their routines.
